- Basic janitorial and maintenance services are provided to the building including cleaning, elevator maintenance, pest control, landscape maintenance and mechanical maintenance.
- Any additional services, such as overtime HVAC, removal of heavy trash or special above standard cleaning, can be arranged by calling the Property Management Office. These additional and above standard services are billed to the Tenant as the expense occurs.
- ABM Janitorial provides cleaning services at Fourth & Madison.
- Day Porters– Day cleaning staff are on site Monday through Friday to make sure the building common areas and restrooms stay tidy. They are also available, during normal business hours, to address any special needs and cleaning requests that may arise. Please call the Property Management Office with any requests.
- Cleaning services are performed Monday through Thursday from approximately 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM and Sunday from approximately 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
- Special Cleaning Requests – Shortly after your move-in, we will schedule a walkthrough with our cleaning contractor to review any non-standard finishes or additional cleaning needs you may have.
