  • All deliveries must take place via the building freight elevator. Please note: the freight elevator is out of service every Monday between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM for maintenance.
  • Floor access via the freight elevator is limited to floors in which tenants designate deliveries are to be made. If there are special exceptions, please contact the Property Management Office.
  • All move-in / move-out activity or large deliveries must be scheduled in advance through the Property Management Office. Deliveries may be scheduled Monday - Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM or on weekends. A building calendar is used to schedule all such activities. Please call or email the Property Management Office to schedule activities or deliveries.
  • All vendors are required to provide a current certificate of insurance to the Property Management Office prior to arriving at the building. Contact the Property Management Office for requirements and instructions. Please note that Tenants are still liable for all actions by vendors.
  • The Loading Dock has a 13'1" clearance (note: indicated areas may be lower).
  • The Loading Dock entrance is located on Marion Street (between 3rd and 4th Avenue) and is monitored by Security staff.
  • Normal hours of operation for the loading dock are from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Oversized or extended deliveries must be scheduled after-hours or weekends and coordinated through the Property Management Office. Note - Semi-trucks are NOT allowed in the loading dock.
  • The loading dock has a 30-minute parking maximum. If space is not available, the driver will be asked to circle around the block and try to re-enter.
  • Access to the loading dock and freight elevator are scheduled through the Property Management Office. Please note that the loading dock and freight elevator are not 'reserved.'
  • Please note that couriers are not required to utilize the loading dock. On street parking is available.
