During business hours, the building provides hillclimb assist for persons with disabilities or limited mobility. To use the hillclimb assist, please enter the building from Third Avenue. On the right side of the lobby, you will see the entrance to Northwest Bank. Follow the signs next to the Northwest Bank entrance to the Podium Elevators. Take the elevator to Floor 4 up to the Fourth Avenue Lobby. The exit to Fourth Avenue is on the northeast side of the building lobby.
