The Loading Dock has a 12’6” clearance (note: indicated areas may be lower).
The Loading Dock entrance is located on Marion Street (between 3rd and 4th Avenue) and is monitored by Security staff.
The loading dock normal hours of operation are from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Oversized or extended deliveries must be scheduled after-hours or weekends and coordinated through the Property Management Office. Note– Semi-trucks are not allowed in the loading dock.
The loading dock has a 30 minute parking maximum. If space is not available, the driver will be asked to circle around the block and try to re-enter.
Access to the loading dock and freight elevator are scheduled through the Property Management Office. Please note that the loading dock and freight elevator are not ‘reserved.’
