  • The Security Account Manager is Micheal Travis and he can be reached at 206.774.4375.
  • A security officer is on-site 24/7 and can be reached at 206.774.4377. The security team is available to assist with all after-hour requests or can contact the appropriate Property Management personnel. The Security Office is located off the loading dock.
  • Each tenant employee will be provided with a building access card. We ask that you keep this card on your person at all times. Tenant Contacts please submit all building access card applications to the Property Management Office or email to 4M.PMO@hines.com. Forms can be found here.
  • Lobby doors provide public access during lease hours. Access cards are required at all other times. Card readers are provided at the building entrances (main lobby and garage) for after-hour access.
  • Intercoms to the Security Office are located in each elevator, each main building entrance, and at all parking pay stations and gates.
  • The Security team is available after-hours for escorts to cars parked in the garage. Please call the main number and request such assistance. An officer will meet you and walk you to your car.
  • Valuables should be stored in a safe place. The Property Management Office and Security should be contacted regarding any suspicious persons or activity in tenant areas and around the building. Your cooperation greatly assists in securing the building.
