Parking Garage Information
- The Parking Garage Manager can be reached at 206.774.4368 or by stopping into the Parking Office located in the parking garage near the cashier’s booth at the Marion Street entrance.
- There is an entrance to the garage on both Madison Street and Marion Street, between 3rd Avenue and 4th Avenue. The entrance on Madison Street reverses to an exit from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM Monday through Friday.
- Monthly contract parkers have 24/7 access to the parking garage.
- Bicycle parking is available at Fourth & Madison. Some rack space is publicly available, however access to the bicycle parking facility (cage) is exclusively available to building tenants. Please contact the Property Management Office to sign up for access.
- Bike Lockers are available for rent at the rate of $15.00 per month. Contact the parking office at 206.774.4368 to reserve a locker.
- Various validation options are available. Please contact the Parking Office for more information.
- Parking garage clearance – 8' primary clearance; 6.7' secondary clearance. Oversized vehicles must park at the top of the Level A in designated spots. These are before the valet area.
- Separate parking access badges require an activation fee of $20.00
- Hands-free badges (ProxPass) require an activation fee of $60.00
- Hands-free replacements require an activation fee of $45.00
- Note: Battery should last at least 1 year

- Standard parking decals are available at no charge for registered monthly parkers. Hanging tags (alternative to decals) are available for a $10.00 charge for registered monthly parkers.
