- House Call Procedures - Hot or cold calls – please call the office at 206.262.4100.
- HVAC and Lighting - Lighting and HVAC are provided Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Limited additional HVAC is provided, upon request, at no additional charge from the hours of 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday and from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Saturday. After-hour HVAC services are available upon request at a charge of $10.00 per floor per hour. A minimum of 24-hour advance notice is required for overtime HVAC requests.
