Delivery Procedures

All deliveries must take place via the building freight elevator. Please note: the freight elevator is out of service every Monday between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM for maintenance. With adequate advance notice, exceptions to this schedule can be made upon request.

Floor access via the freight elevator is limited to floors in which tenants designate deliveries are to be made. If there are special exceptions, please contact the Property Management Office.

All move-in/move-out activity or large deliveries must be scheduled in advance through the property management office. Deliveries may be scheduled Monday - Friday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 AM or on weekends. A building calendar is used to schedule all such activities. Please call or email the Property Management Office to schedule activities or deliveries.

All vendors are required to provide a current certificate of insurance to the Property Management Office prior to arriving at the building. Contact the Property Management Office for requirements and instructions. Please note that Tenants are still liable for all actions by vendors.
